-What are the hostel’s check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 12:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure.
-Is reception open 24 hours a day?
Yes, our hostel and reception are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing for flexible arrival at any time.
-What payment methods are accepted on site?
At the reception of Hostel Północna 61, we accept cash payments (in PLN) and the most popular debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro). 
-Can I pay for my stay online?
Yes! At Hostel Północna 61, you can make payments via the Przelewy24 system. This guarantees a fast, convenient and secure transaction without leaving your home.
-Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, we issue VAT invoices for every stay for companies and business customers.
-How can I book accommodation?
Reservations can be made directly on our website, hostelpolnocna61.pl, or by emailing us at recepcja@hostelpolnocna61.pl.
-Does the hostel accept group or long-term bookings?
Yes, we offer attractive terms for companies, business travelers, students, and tour groups. For larger groups or longer stays, we prepare individual quotes with negotiable prices.
2. Rooms and Facilities
-What room types are available at the hostel?
We offer comfortable single, double, triple, and six-person rooms, as well as dedicated rooms for couples. In total, we have over 60 beds.
-Do the rooms have private bathrooms?
Yes, each room in our hostel is equipped with its own private, clean, and modern bathroom.
-Does the room include bed linen and towels?
Yes, we provide fresh bed linen and towels for every guest, so you don't have to bring them with you on your trip.
-Is there internet access in the hostel?
Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and in all  rooms.
3. Common Areas and Amenities
-Do guests have access to a kitchen?
Yes, we offer a fully equipped, communal kitchen with a dining area (induction hobs, oven, microwaves, large refrigerators) and a Smart TV.
-Is there parking on site?
Yes, our guests have access to a large, free, private parking lot directly next to the building. The parking lot is fenced and monitored.
-Can laundry and ironing be done on site?
Yes, we offer access to a laundry room and free iron rentals upon request.
-Can you organize a business meeting at the hostel?
Yes, there is an intimate, air-conditioned conference room (35 m²) on site that can accommodate up to 18 people, equipped with a Smart TV with HDMI connections and a sound system.
-Is there an outdoor relaxation area around the hostel?
Yes, we have a green garden and a designated area with barbecue facilities.
4. Location, Attractions, and Property Policies
-Where exactly is the hostel located and how to get there?
Our address is Północna Street 61, 41-219 Sosnowiec (Środula district). We are located right next to the exit to national road DK94, guaranteeing quick access to Katowice, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Czeladź, and Będzin. The junction with the S86 route (towards Warsaw) is just 3 km away. A bus stop is a short walk from the hostel.
-What's worth seeing in the area? What attractions are close to the hostel?
The modern Zagłębiowski Sports Park (ArcelorMittal Park) is located nearby, featuring a football stadium, sports hall, and ice rink. The popular green  Środula Park, with its year-round ski slope, is also nearby. Within a few  hundred meters, guests will find grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants,            and gas stations.
-Does the hostel allow pets?
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons and to ensure the comfort of all guests (including those with allergies), we do not allow pets in our facility.
-Is smoking allowed in the rooms or hallways?
No, smoking and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited throughout the hostel  building.
-Is there a curfew on the property?
Yes, out of respect for other guests (especially employees returning from  night shifts),quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
